Refund policy

If you change your mind about your flower purchase before the arrangement is made, we are happy to refund your total payment. Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept returns unless the order is delivered incorrectly. Please get in touch with the store on 03 9803 4787 within 24 hours, as we do not accept return email requests. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the flowers being delivered, please do not hesitate to contact us at 03 98034787. We are more than happy to assist. We will call you to organise the re-delivery if incorrect or not up-to-date information is submitted on an order form. Re-delivery fees apply.
